    I think this only comes in one size, but it was the perfect size for me! I have given these as gifts and sometimes they are tight for big girls!     I suffer from anxiety and was about to be a bridesmaid for my sister’s wedding. I wore my white one and the blue turquoise one. I did still have a little bit of anxiety, but no where near the amount I would have had. I was able to get out of my head and not have a full blown panic attack.
