    I work and study full time with what can be known as a very stressful industry. I was always stressed and finding it hard to make sense of what was going on and always felt on the edge all the time.

    I was a skeptic as to how a bracelet would work but I was so sick of feeling lost amd having what I can only describe as a foggy head. I woul

    After much humming and hawing and several weeks of reading reviews, I finally purchased the serenity bracelet and sweet dreams essential oil. Upon arrival, I was pleased with the bracelet and excited for what i was hoping for was my first night of a great sleep after using the sweet dreams. That being said, I found that the oil did not work in the least bit! I still tossed and turned all night and had a very restless sleep. No complaints on the bracelet but the oil itself was a very big disappointment.
