    When I got my bracelet, it started to come apart in the first two hours I wore it. I contacted vitality and sent them a picture and they quickly sent out a new one at now charge. I now have worn it for three days with no problems. The customer service is excellent. I love my bracelet and love my scent oil. I would recommend vitality definitely!!!!
